If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we now require 48 hours notice, as recent labour law changes require 48 hours notice to be given to an employee for any shift changes. If your appointment is scheduled for a Tuesday, please contact us by email at email@example.com as we are closed Sundays, Mondays & Holidays, or during hours of operation you can also call us directly at 613.389.2226.
If you are unable to provide this notice we will charge you 50% of your appointment booked for the missed appointment. If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment and not show up, you will be charged 100% of your service for that day.
While we understand that things come up or emergencies happen, please remember that staff are reserved and paid for that time and preparations have been made for your service, and without the proper notice we are unable to fill the slot.
